Accounts & Procurement Staff

Universal General Trading (UGT) - Abu Dhabi, UAE is looking for a motivated and organized Accounts & Procurement Staff member to join our growing team. Handle day-to-day accounting and financial documentation, prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, source products, obtain quotations, compare prices, and submit quotations, process and follow up on purchase orders, maintain procurement and accounting records, coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, support inventory and documentation activities, follow up on deliveries and customer payments.
