Accounts Receivable & Accounting Specialist

On behalf of our client—a provider of technical manpower and surveying services in Abu Dhabi—we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong general accounting knowledge to manage credit control, time-sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end billing operations, issue client invoices, perform AR aging analysis, and conduct proactive payment follow-ups. Reconcile site attendance logs and client-approved time-sheets prior to invoice generation. Maintain general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly financial reporting. Resolve client billing queries, rate variations, and unauthorized deductions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of experience in the UAE focusing on Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, preferably in manpower supply or contracting. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho, Tally, or SAP, alongside strong MS Excel skills. Based in or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.
