Accounts Receivable Specialist - French Speaker

Genpact Egypt is now hiring Accounts Receivable - French Speaker. Main Responsibilities: Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and invoice requests. Process and allocate customer payments accurately. Monitor accounts receivable balances and aged receivables. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unidentified cash. Handle customer queries and support dispute resolution. Reconcile customer accounts, including credits and debits. Maintain AR documentation and process updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collection and cash application activities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field. French proficiency: B2. English proficiency: B2. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, and SAP. Experience in Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes is preferred.
