Job description

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Executive, Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day internal operations. This role goes beyond traditional administration, combining administrative leadership, HR management, and financial oversight at a managerial level. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring structure, improve processes, and actively participate in operational and financial decision-making, ensuring the company runs efficiently across all internal functions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee administrative operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time - Manage and supervise administrative staff, with a strong focus on follow-up and accountability - Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure consistent execution - Handle company records and ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible - Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, attendance tracking, and policy follow-up - Actively follow up with team members and departments to ensure tasks are completed - Serve as a central coordination point for administrative matters - Oversee financial operations from a managerial perspective, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control - Support financial planning and provide input on financial decisions to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation - Participate in key operational and administrative decision-making processes alongside management Requirements: - Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once - Self-motivated and able to take initiative without needing constant direction - Excellent follow-up skills with a habit of tracking and closing tasks - Experience managing or supervising a team - Clear communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly - Good understanding of business financial concepts (budgeting, cost control, financial planning) - Strong sense of ownership and ability to make and support decisions - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles - Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools - Experience with ERP systems Work Environment: - Full-time position - Office-based
