AI & Automation Lead

Elite Group Holding is looking for an experienced AI & Automation Lead to drive enterprise AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation initiatives across multiple businesses and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop enterprise AI & Automation strategy, roadmap, governance & operating model - Lead AI/automation initiatives from discovery to POC, UAT, production, and monitoring - Build and deploy GenAI, Enterprise Copilots & AI Agents - Implement RAG, intelligent document processing & predictive analytics - Drive workflow, RPA and low-code/no-code automation - Establish Responsible AI, privacy, security & model-risk controls - Integrate AI with ERP, CRM, HR, contact-centre & collaboration platforms - Drive AI adoption, change management and internal AI capability development Required Skills: - Generative AI / LLMs - AI Agents & Agentic AI - RAG & APIs - Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics - Workflow / Intelligent Automation - AI Governance & Responsible AI - Data Governance - Enterprise AI Architecture - Production AI Deployment - Stakeholder & Programme Management Enterprise Platform Experience: - SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM, Document Management Preferred Background: - Experience in automotive, leasing, real estate, construction, retail or diversified business groups would be an advantage.
