Analyst / Accountant - Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst / Accountant to join our Finance team. The role will support the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities across multiple entities, with responsibility for month-end close, management reporting, reconciliations, payables, receivables, intercompany accounting and financial analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to develop their career within a multi-entity / holding company environment. Key Responsibilities include preparing accurate monthly management reports, managing day-to-day bookkeeping, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations including bank, receivables, payables, and intercompany balances, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, recording and reconciling intercompany transactions, preparing budget-versus-actual analysis, assisting with cash flow monitoring, supporting external audits, assisting with VAT and corporate tax compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes. Candidate profile requires 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting, experience in a multi-entity or holding company environment, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA/CMA qualification as an advantage, strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
