Analyst - IT Solutions (Travel Domain)

Provide techno-functional support for corporate travel technology solutions, including GDS platforms, Online Booking Tools (OBTs), API integrations, B2B/POS systems, and expense management solutions. Partner with business teams, customers, and vendors to deliver system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and support project implementation while ensuring solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities involve acting as the primary techno-functional point of contact for travel technology, supporting GDS systems like Travelport, Amadeus, and Sabre, integrating Air and Non-Air APIs, implementing Online Booking Tools, administering expense management solutions such as SAP Concur, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, 4-6 years of experience in travel technology, familiarity with GDS systems, basic SQL skills, and experience with expense management platforms like SAP Concur.
