Application Specialist (ERP)

University of Doha for Science and Technology is seeking an Application Specialist (ERP) to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot functional modules of Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance within ERP systems. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and testing data processing solutions, developing procedures to ensure data and system integrity, ensuring ITIL compliance, managing user access levels, defining user needs, and developing project plans for ERP functional support. The role also involves troubleshooting application software and database problems, liaising with technical staff and vendors, preparing documentation, and delivering training materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, fluency in written and spoken English, and preferred fluency in Arabic.
