Arabic-Speaking IT Support Resources

We are looking for 1–3 resources to support an SAP customer engagement project. Experience: 0–5 years Key responsibilities: • Copy tickets from the customer’s ticketing tool to SAP’s ticketing system. • Update tickets in both systems whenever there is a change. • Translate ticket content between Arabic and English. • Support occasional ticket requests received through email, Microsoft Teams, or service desk calls. Requirements: • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. • Educational background in IT. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to learn quickly and work accurately across multiple systems • Freshers with an IT background are welcome to apply Location: Remote – UAE Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
