Asset Control Lead

The Asset Control Lead is responsible for overseeing the effective control, tracking, utilization, maintenance coordination, and lifecycle management of the company's construction equipment, vehicles, tools, and other physical assets. The role ensures that all assets are properly registered, assigned, monitored, maintained, transferred, and disposed of in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable KSA regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain master register of all company assets in the ERP/asset management system. - Monitor deployment and utilization of heavy equipment, light vehicles, machinery, and tools. - Ensure asset documentation and compliance with KSA regulations. - Plan and conduct periodic physical verification and inventory counts. - Lead and supervise Asset Controllers and coordinators.
