The Asset Lifecycle Planning & Integration Director leads the development and implementation of city-wide asset lifecycle planning frameworks, policies, renewal strategies, and intervention rules aligned with ISO 55001 standards. The role ensures consistent lifecycle decision-making across all asset portfolios, balancing cost, risk, performance, service outcomes, and whole-life value. Acting as a key link between City Asset Management and City Operations, it drives the integration of asset condition, criticality, service levels, maintenance requirements, and operational feedback into lifecycle plans.
