Assistant Finance Manager (Chinese-speaking)

Hiring: Assistant Finance Manager (Chinese-speaking) Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Oil & Gas Key Requirements: Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA Degree in International Business or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience for CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA holders; 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience for International Business or equivalent degree holders. Strong proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel. Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas sector in the UAE or wider Middle East region. Big 4 or equivalent accounting/consulting experience is preferred. In-depth knowledge of IFRS and applicable financial regulations. Experience coordinating internal and external audits. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Experience in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing and management reporting. Fluent Chinese and English communication skills.
