Assistant Manager - Accounts

We are looking for a finance professional to support dealership operations across Sales and Aftersales. The role will partner closely with branch management to provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and KPI achievement, while ensuring strong compliance with company policies and procedures. Key areas of focus include cash control, sales accounting, credit approvals, stock controls, audit follow-up and continuous improvement of day-to-day internal controls. Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and SAP uploads for Sales and Aftersales operations. Oversee sales accounting, documentation, cash control, refunds, petty cash, daily collections and intercompany reconciliations to ensure compliance with company procedures. Review and strengthen stock, debtor, insurance and WIP controls, including physical inventory reconciliation, annual stock counts and timely closure of job cards in line with IFRS requirements. Ensure branch adherence to finance SOPs, support internal audit reviews and drive timely implementation of audit recommendations. Lead, supervise and develop the branch finance team, while supporting ad hoc reports, business projects and senior management requirements.
