Assistant Manager Finance

To manage the finance function of the EJSS Laundry Facility, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, effective cost control, strong working capital management and compliance with Head Office finance policies and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include financial reporting and closing, budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis, working capital and cash flow management, internal controls and audit compliance, Oracle ERP data integrity and MIS reporting, business partnering with operational teams, and team management. Qualifications include a CA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, 4-6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, strong exposure to financial reporting, costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and Oracle ERP proficiency.
