Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis on various HR metrics, including recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and performance management. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to HR leadership. Support the HR team in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations based on data findings. Assist in the management of HR-related surveys, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting. Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support HR initiatives. Maintain accurate records and databases of HR metrics and analyses. Help in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems.
