Associate HR Analyst

The Associate HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to help drive informed decision-making and optimize HR initiatives. The Associate HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of HR strategies by utilizing data-driven insights and operational expertise to drive business outcomes. Working closely with the HR team, this role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex workforce data to guide decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis on various HR metrics, preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards, supporting the HR team in identifying areas for improvement, assisting in the management of HR-related surveys, collaborating with other departments, maintaining accurate records, and helping in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems.
