Associate Logistics Analyst

Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment. Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions. Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices. Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence. Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels. Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
