Associate Vice President - Accounts and Controls

The AVP - Accounting & Controls is responsible for leading the accounting operations, financial controls, governance, and compliance framework across the Group. The role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, robust balance sheet management, strong internal controls, compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements, and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will partner with business, finance, technology, treasury, tax, procurement, and external auditors to enhance financial governance, strengthen control environments, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include financial accounting and reporting, financial controls and governance, balance sheet and reconciliation management, audit and compliance, systems, process improvement, automation, risk management, leadership, and stakeholder management. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, professional qualification preferred (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA), and 10-15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or audit.
