Job description
General Job Objective: Ensure receipt of daily collections, deposit them in the bank, post orders, receive invoices, verify customer signatures, perform bi-weekly journals, carry out branch inventory counts (customers / warehouse), manage branch petty cash, and calculate sales team incentives and commissions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive daily collections from representatives and deposit them in the bank
- Post orders
- Receive sales invoices, review them, and verify authorized signatures
- Post returns ensuring sales management authorization and review price differences if any
- Receive receipt vouchers from representatives
- Conduct periodic or handover warehouse inventory counts
- Perform customer reconciliations for handover or periodic counts
- Prepare bi-weekly journals for sales and collections
- Calculate incentives and commissions and forward them to accounts receivable supervisor
- Prepare branch petty cash claims, process system accounts, and send reconciliations for review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related specialty
- Experience of not less than 2 years
- Proficiency in Oracle and SAP systems
- Languages: English and Arabic
