Branch Accountant / Finance Support Specialist

The Finance Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive aftersales financial support, primarily focusing on revenue collection management, accounts receivable, and credit control. This role involves handling payments, ensuring compliance with financial protocols, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: - Handle payments, manage current-dated cheques, ensure daily deposits in CDM, and reconcile SAP against deposit slips. - Monitor AR reports regularly, follow up on overdue invoices, and maintain credit customer database. - Process invoices accurately, manage sales documentation, track invoice summaries, and sales returns. - Perform nationwide revenue reconciliation with full financial oversight, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. - Maintain Fixed Asset Register, support insurance renewals, monitor warranty and goodwill claims. - Supervise cash and cheque transactions in SAP and guide finance procedures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry. - Proficiency in SAP and financial reconciliation processes.
