Budget Controller

Responsible for providing budget control services to Engineering Department which includes processing CAPEX and OPEX Budgets, AFEs, Invoices and Asset Capitalization. Prepare Work Program and Budget pack for Annual Budgets and ensure accurate mapping in SAP. Review reallocation journal and expenditure postings in SAP FI and advise proper allocation of AFE number and WBS Element. Work in close coordination with cost, planning and project team to ensure proper and timely recording of expenditure through Service Entry Sheets. Review project status, CWIP and Completion Certificates to ensure capitalization process is in line with company policy.
