Your primary focus will be on gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements while providing strategic insights to improve processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated and translated into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include leading business analysis efforts, working closely with stakeholders, utilizing advanced analysis techniques to model and propose innovative solutions, developing comprehensive business process documentation, facilitating workshops, and supporting project teams through all project phases from initiation to implementation. Requirements include proven experience as a Business Analyst, expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
