Business Analyst

We are supporting our client by hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating operational needs into system and process improvements across the company. The role supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing real estate performance metrics and identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and optimization. This position acts as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that digital solutions align with operational needs and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include requirements gathering and process analysis, eliciting and documenting business requirements from Property Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams, mapping current and future-state processes, developing functional specifications and business requirement documents, real estate data analysis and performance reporting, systems optimization and workflow evaluation within property management systems and ERPs, stakeholder coordination, and project support including UAT and change management.
