Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture & Business Transformation.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business/Enterprise Architecture, transformation or operating-model design
• Hands-on experience creating Business Capability Maps & Value Streams
• Capability-to-process/service/application mapping & architecture roadmaps
• Practical knowledge of TOGAF and capability-based planning
• Working knowledge of ArchiMate & BPMN
• Hands-on experience producing Business Architecture diagrams using EA tools such as Orbus/OrbusInfinity, Bizzdesign or SAP
• Strong stakeholder management & workshop facilitation skills
• TOGAF certification required/strongly preferred
• Government, Tax, Financial Services or regulated-enterprise experience is preferred
