Business Development Manager - ERP & Software Sales

Al Khidma Systems is a Qatar-based business technology company delivering ERP, Odoo, custom software, integrations, mobile apps, and digital solutions to clients across Qatar. We're looking for an experienced, target-driven Business Development Manager to grow our ERP and software client base - someone who already knows how to sell technology solutions, not just enthusiastic about them. This is a sales-first role: you'll be judged on pipeline, conversions, and revenue, with ERP/software knowledge as the toolkit that gets you there. Responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities for Odoo and custom software solutions across target industries in Qatar, running product demonstrations and presentations that map ERP capabilities to operational pain points, owning the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, contract closing, and handover to implementation, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads through door-to-door outreach and active prospecting across Doha and Qatar, maintaining accurate pipeline records in CRM tools, staying current on Odoo features and market trends, and delivering monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of proven sales or BD experience, ERP or software sales experience strongly preferred, a valid Qatar driving license as mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of Odoo ERP as a strong plus.
