Business Enablement Manager, Peripheral Intervention (PI) - META

The Business Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving commercial, operational, and execution excellence across the PI META business. This position partners closely with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize business processes, and improve overall performance across the region. The role focuses on four key pillars: Commercial Excellence, Distributor Excellence, Order Enablement, and Business Analytics. By leveraging analytics, forecasting, and performance management tools, the Business Enablement Manager helps drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and business execution. Responsibilities include leading Commercial Excellence initiatives focused on Salesforce adoption and sales effectiveness, building dashboards, driving distributor excellence programs, monitoring inventory trends, partnering with supply chain for demand planning and forecast accuracy, supporting financial planning cycles, and streamlining end-to-end order management processes.
