Business Officer - Shared Services & Core Lab Operations

The Business Officer supports the smooth and efficient operation of Core Labs by managing end-to-end non-technical business and administrative operations. Working closely with Core Lab Directors, lab staff, and Shared Services functions, the role ensures operational continuity, compliance, and service excellence. The Business Officer proactively identifies risks, proposes solutions, and supports continuous improvement across multiple Core Labs, while also providing cover for other Business Officers when required. Responsibilities include managing administrative and business operations, coordinating with Shared Services teams, handling travel arrangements, onboarding, office logistics, inventory management, supporting recruitment processes, overseeing procurement, shopping carts, reimbursements, invoices, financial reporting, preparing quotations, managing contracts, identifying operational risks, and supporting process improvements.
