Business Process Principal Consultant - Customer Industry Solutions (CIS)

What You Will Do: Lead customer innovation engagements, run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities. Define high-value Industry AI use cases, translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment. Deliver value rapidly with measurable customer value in production within weeks. Build the Industry AI portfolio into industry-specific AI assets and accelerators. What You Bring: 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries. Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions with data readiness and process fit. Product Management or consulting excellence. Customer engagement and emotional intelligence to lead executive workshops. Strategic thinking and complex problem solving. SAP platform knowledge including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles. Communication and influencing skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
