Business Process Principal Consultant - Customer Industry Solutions (CIS)

What You Will Do: Lead customer innovation engagements: Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities. Define high-value Industry AI use cases: Translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle: Drive use cases from discovery to deployment. Deliver value rapidly: Apply a fast, iterative model that puts measurable customer value in production. Build the Industry AI portfolio: Turn customer learnings into industry-specific AI assets and accelerators. What You Bring: Deep industry expertise: 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries. AI use case expertise: Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions. Product Management or consulting excellence. Customer engagement and emotional intelligence. Strategic thinking and complex problem solving. Business acumen and value orientation. SAP platform knowledge: Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles. Communication and influencing skills.
