Business Systems Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors Learning

We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst in Saudi Arabia. We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise learning technologies within a large-scale corporate learning environment. The role focuses on analysing business requirements, designing system integrations, improving learning platforms, and ensuring learning technologies deliver a seamless user experience. You'll work with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other Learning Management Systems, support mobile learning initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and help drive AI-enabled learning solutions.
