Buyer

The Buyer is responsible for supporting procurement and sourcing activities to ensure the timely availability of materials, components, and services required for business operations. This role focuses on purchase order management, supplier coordination, inventory support, cost optimization, and supply chain risk mitigation while supporting operational excellence across the Measurement Systems & Solutions business. Responsibilities include creating and processing purchase orders, obtaining quotations, following up with suppliers, resolving issues, supporting inventory management, executing daily purchasing, localization and sourcing initiatives, collaborating with operations and engineering teams, monitoring supplier performance, maintaining procurement records and ERP system transactions, and ensuring compliance with policies.
