Job description
WE ARE HIRING - CAPEX PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR. Sector: Government Entity. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a highly experienced CAPEX Procurement Coordinator to join a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi. Key Requirements: MANDATORY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE in at least one of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Aviation, Oil & Gas. Proven experience in CAPEX procurement, capital equipment, machinery, and industrial materials. Strong knowledge of RFQS, RFPs, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, and vendor evaluation. Experience in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning. Ability to coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. IMPORTANT: Candidates must have relevant procurement experience in Manufacturing, Aviation, or Oil & Gas.
