Capital Projects Transformation Consultant

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice and help clients transform how major investments are planned, governed, and delivered. You will work with executives, project sponsors, PMOs, and project delivery teams to drive improved project performance, enhance governance frameworks, strengthen project controls, and enable digital transformation across capital-intensive industries. The role combines consulting, project controls, business transformation, and technology-enabled delivery to help clients achieve predictable project outcomes and maximize investment value. Advise clients on project controls, project governance, capital planning, and delivery transformation. Assess and enhance project controls operating models and PMO effectiveness. Lead cost, schedule, and performance management assessments. Support development of governance frameworks, stage-gate models, and assurance processes. Conduct schedule, risk, and earned value performance reviews. Define reporting requirements and executive dashboards for program and portfolio management. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities. Support implementation of capital project management platforms and reporting solutions. Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases. Contribute to business development and proposal activities.
