CHANEL Parfums Beauté is seeking a Subcontracting Buyer (Acheteur Sous-Traitance) for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Neuilly sur Seine (listing location Sur, Oman). Within the Purchasing Department, you will handle purchases for new product launches and evolutions of existing subcontracted products, focusing on continuous improvement in costs, quality, delivery, innovation, and CSR. Key responsibilities include developing the supplier panel, drafting calls for tenders, building supplier selection recommendations, constructing target costs in collaboration with project teams, managing supplier relationships, monitoring performance and risk, and managing a supplier portfolio. Candidates must have a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in purchasing, at least two years of experience in a similar function, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP tools, ideally SAP, along with fluent English.
