Change Consultant - Business & Technology Transformation

Evolve Partners is recruiting a hands-on Change Consultant for an international change consultancy, supporting business and technology transformation programmes in Abu Dhabi. We're looking for someone who has personally delivered organisational change: assessing how new processes and systems affect people, engaging stakeholders, preparing users and helping organisations adopt new ways of working. You should be comfortable owning your deliverables and working directly with clients, business users and programme teams. The role involves conducting change impact assessments, developing stakeholder maps, creating communications, assessing business readiness, supporting training needs analysis, and working with functional specialists through testing, deployment and go-live. Candidates need demonstrable hands-on OCM experience within substantial business or technology transformation programmes, strong communication skills, and familiarity with structured change approaches like Prosci/ADKAR. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or another enterprise technology implementation is particularly valuable.
