Cloud Application Services (CAS) – Onsite Delivery Coordinator Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 8+ Years Engagement: Contract Work Mode: Hybrid / Customer-Facing Joining: Immediate to 7 Days Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) – Onsite Delivery Coordinator to coordinate delivery activities between the Application Service Manager (ASM), supplier consultants, and the customer. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP application knowledge, delivery coordination experience, stakeholder management skills, SLA governance experience, and customer-facing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and distribute delivery tickets/topics to appropriate consultants and track progress. • Prioritize tickets and activities based on workload and customer requirements. • Ensure agreed customer SLAs are achieved. • Validate Technical Specifications, Change Requests, and effort estimations with ASM and consultants. • Facilitate collaboration across technical and functional teams. • Coordinate consultant availability across Transition, Operations, and Closure phases. • Support business continuity and resource replacement activities. • Act as an escalation point for tickets, quality, governance, and customer-related issues. • Manage supplier-side de-escalations with ASM, CAS Lead Consultant, and GSM. • Participate in regular governance meetings with CAS Delivery and Delivery Supplier Manager. • Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and process improvement. • Recommend potential enhancements to customers. • Apply strong SAP application and delivery-process knowledge to support successful business outcomes.
