Collection & Claims Specialist

Unilever is hiring a Collection & Claims Specialist focusing on operational excellence across the end-to-end cash collection and claims management cycle, working directly with customers to close open invoices, settle claims, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances, while coordinating with logistics and sales colleagues on open actions, risks, and bad debt. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: • Deliver accurate, timely claims analysis and settlement with customers • Keep customer accounts compliant and fully reconciled • Manage open items and aged balances to address disputes and collection risks • Work cross-functionally with sales and logistics teams, and report open actions, opportunities, and risks in monthly meetings with the cash & claims team and leadership • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or supply chain, with SOCPA membership • Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally in accounts receivable, collections, or claims management, including strong Excel and SAP skills and excellent communication
