Collection Officer

Currently Hiring Collection Officer. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, rental payments, service charges, and other receivables. Contact tenants, clients, and customers via phone, email, and formal correspondence regarding overdue payments. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and customer communications. Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection performance. Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, Finance, and Legal departments regarding delinquent accounts. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies. Escalate unresolved accounts for legal action in accordance with company policies. Support month-end closing activities by ensuring accurate receivable records. Prepare collection forecasts and cash recovery reports for management review. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control. Experience in the real estate, property management, facility management, or asset management sector is preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage. Familiarity with lease agreements, service charge collections, and tenant account management. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Bilingual (Arabic & English) candidates are preferred.
