Collection Specialist

LINRCO Egypt is hiring a Collection Specialist in Nasr City on a full-time, onsite basis. The Collection Specialist is responsible for managing and following up on clients' outstanding balances to ensure timely collection and maintain healthy cash flow. Key responsibilities include reviewing aging reports, communicating professionally with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, coordinating with the Finance Department for payment posting and reconciliation, and escalating critical issues. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in collections, receivables, or customer accounts management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems with SAP experience being a plus.
