Commercial Operations Specialist

The Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial business through efficient logistics, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and customer service activities. The role will primarily focus on ensuring the timely availability and delivery of orthopedic implants, instruments, and loaner/consignment sets to hospitals and healthcare providers across Saudi Arabia. How You'll Create Impact: Logistics & Order Fulfillment: Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities for commercial orders, including shipment planning, transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery. Ensure products are delivered to hospitals and customers on time and in line with planned surgical cases. Coordinate urgent and time-critical deliveries for scheduled surgeries. Loaner & Consignment Operations: Coordinate the deployment, movement, return, and replenishment of loaner and consignment inventory. Ensure the required implant and instrument sets are available for planned surgeries. Inventory & Supply Coordination: Monitor inventory availability and identify potential shortages that may impact planned cases. Coordinate with IBP Team to secure required products and replenishment. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all shipments comply with Saudi regulatory and customs requirements. Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate transactions and information in SAP and relevant supply chain systems. Track operational KPIs including on-time delivery, order fulfillment, inventory availability, and stock accuracy.
