Consultant Associate (Internship)

One of our clients is a growing UAE-based tax technology and transformation consultancy working across Tax, ERP, data, technology and e-invoicing in the GCC. We are looking for a curious and motivated Consultant Associate to join the team on a 3-month contract. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to turn their academic knowledge into practical consulting experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real business challenges, tax and ERP processes, data analysis and emerging technologies, including AI, while working alongside experienced professionals across the GCC. Key Responsibilities: Support consultants with research, analysis and preparation of client deliverables. Assist with tax and ERP-related projects and documentation. Conduct research into tax, technology, ERP and industry developments. Support data analysis, documentation and process mapping. Assist with Excel-based analysis, reporting and presentations. Use and explore AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation and day-to-day consulting workflows. What We're Looking For: Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–1 year of experience. Academic exposure or coursework in Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Must already have a valid UAE visa/work authorization arrangement and be able to work in the UAE, currently based in or able to commute to Dubai or Abu Dhabi for an on-site role. Previous exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms is a nice to have.
