Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be at the center of improving how data flows across SAP and MES systems, ensuring that planning, production, and warehouse activities are aligned and executed without disruption. A key part of this opportunity lies in mapping and analyzing end-to-end information flows using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), enabling you to visualize where delays, bottlenecks, or data inconsistencies occur—from sales order creation through to final delivery. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights, customized reports, and actionable improvements, while identifying and resolving root causes of unstable information flow. The role offers the chance to deliver both quick operational fixes and long-term process enhancements, with strong exposure to cross-functional teams and factory leadership.
