Contracts Advisor - Capital Projects (EPC) Experience

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor with expertise in Capital Projects and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract negotiations and administration for large-scale capital projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all stages of EPC contracts. Responsibilities - Draft, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts and subcontracts for capital projects - Ensure contract compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to contract terms - Collaborate with project, legal, finance, and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution - Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes - Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycle - Provide expert advice on contractual obligations impacting capital projects Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical), law, business administration, or related discipline - 15 years of experience in contracts procurement and administration within the oil & gas sector - Ability to develop and administrate Capital Project contracts - Preferred Certificates: PMP, CPCM, CCMP, CICCM, CLS, NCMA, IPSCMI (Any one) - Extensive experience across all phases of the contracting lifecycle - Solid experience in managing and negotiating EPC, EPCM, LSTK, and service contracts - Strong knowledge of international contracting standards and Saudi Aramco contracting procedures - Proficient in using contract management systems, ERP tools (SAP), and project management software
