Contracts Specialist

The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for providing contractual and commercial support throughout the lifecycle of ADNOC Upstream Onshore projects. The role involves contract administration, commercial risk management, tendering support, change management, claims evaluation, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC contractual requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Master's Degree is an advantage. Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall experience in contract administration and commercial management within the Oil & Gas. Minimum 5 years of ADNOC experience, or demonstrable familiarity with ADNOC contracting, procurement, and contract administration practices. Proven experience in both pre-award and post-award activities, including tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, claims management, variations, contractual correspondence, and commercial negotiations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP MM and contract risk management. Proven experience in dispute resolution and claims settlement. Experience working on major Oil & Gas capital projects valued at USD 500 million or above. Good knowledge of various contracting strategies, including EPC, EPCM, and DBO. Strong practical experience on Upstream Oil & Gas projects, including Early Production Facilities (EPF), Well Pads, Gathering Systems, Central Processing Facilities (CPF), and associated brownfield developments.
