Corporate Accounting Manager

To lead the Group’s corporate accounting and statutory reporting agenda, taking full ownership of statutory audits, statutory consolidation and monthly statutory records across all legal entities. To deliver technically sound accounting workings based on IFRS. i.e. ECL under IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 leases, Agriculture under IAS 41), quarterly statutory financial statements and Annual Reports for public companies in KSA, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and the disclosure requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading a corporate accounting or statutory reporting function. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ICAEW or other equivalent profession bodies.
