Job description

The Corporate Affairs Director provides strategic leadership across Corporate Governance and Government & Regulatory Affairs to protect and enhance the Organisation’s reputation and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws, regulatory frameworks. The role oversees engagement with stakeholders, authorities, external and internal counterparts, including decision-making process, contract provisions reviews and dispute resolution, and safeguards the Organisation’s interests across all external and internal interfaces. The Director advises senior leadership on legal, regulatory, political, and reputational risks while enabling smooth execution of the Company’s business activities. Responsibilities include supporting governance frameworks, maintaining statutory records, building stakeholder relationships, overseeing all legal matters and compliance, managing government relations and regulatory approvals, leading corporate communication strategy, overseeing CSR programs, and managing the Corporate Affairs division. Requirements include 15+ years of Corporate Governance and Affairs, Legal, or Government Relations experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, or Business Administration, and a Master's degree. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement.
