Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in automotive Aftersales administration and job costing? We are currently building a strong pool of talented Cost Clerks for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Cost Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting Aftersales operations by ensuring completed job cards are accurately reviewed, processed, and costed. You will help ensure labour, consumables, oils, paint, materials, and sublet items are correctly invoiced and allocated to the appropriate repair codes. Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, costing, and processing completed workshop job cards on a daily basis, ensuring labour hours and repair times are correctly claimed and allocated against each repair, verifying the correct allocation of job codes and repair incidents, capturing labour, consumables, and parts for invoicing, returning incorrect job cards with clear reasons, supporting accurate workshop invoicing, monitoring outstanding and uncosted repairs, reviewing Work in Progress, maintaining accurate records, and using SAP and other relevant systems to support accurate job costing and processing.
