Job description
A leading Multinational Company is hiring for an Oil & Gas Construction Project.
Position: Cost Control Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Immediate Departure

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction Subcontracting
- Strong experience in own-resource/direct manpower cost control
- Knowledge of manpower, equipment, materials, procurement & subcontractor-level cost control
- Strong Excel skills; SAP/ERP & Power BI preferred
- GCC experience preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, forecasting & communication skills
- AACE/CCP, CMA, PMP or similar certification is an advantage
