Cost Controller

We're looking for a Cost Controller to join our Finance team. You'll monitor and control costs across our FM and catering projects, ensure accurate project costing, and provide analysis that supports profitability, budgeting and operational decisions. Prepare monthly project and contract profitability reports, comparing actual costs against budgets. Investigate cost variances and follow up on corrective actions with Operations and Procurement. Monitor project costs, including manpower, overtime, subcontractors, materials, maintenance, transport, accommodation and overheads. Review catering costs, compare actual consumption against standard recipes and approved portions. Verify purchase requests and purchase orders against approved budgets. Ensure expenses are recorded against correct projects and cost centers. Review inventory reconciliations, stock counts, and transfers. Support month-end and year-end closing, assist with annual budgets, and conduct site visits.
