Cost Controller

Perform menu engineering based on requirements. Preparation and validation of the monthly cost of goods sold for all the divisions. Maintain and update all the menu items with the BOM in the ERP system. Ensure efficient inventory levels in coordination with the Procurement department. Ensure the standard recipe is being followed by Central Kitchen and Outlets. Maintain and validate the yield rates in the system through regular yield testing in Central Kitchen and Outlets. Maintain master data for complete inventory including raw materials and menu items in the ERP system. Coordinate with IT team for the report and system developments as per the requirement. Assisting the finance team in related reports and analysis.
